Tuition
Palmetto Conservatory of Dance (PCD) tuition is charged by class level and follows a trimester payment plan with payments being due on 8 August 2022, 14 November 2022, and 13 February 2023.
Tuition may be paid at the studio not later than the due dates Monday through Friday between the hours of 4:00pm and 6:00pm by cash, check, or credit. There will be a $30 fee for returned checks. Credit card payments cannot be made over the phone.
Tuition payments received more than 5 days after the due date will be charged a $25 late fee. PCD offers a 10% discount in annual tuition fees if the total tuition amount is paid in full by the school year start date. There are scholarships available for male dancers which do not include performance fees or private lessons.

Private Lessons
Private ballet lessons are available in 30 minute or one-hour increments. Private lessons are scheduled a month in advance. Parents will be provided the monthly schedule in advance. Private lesson tuition is due not later than the 1st of each month and may be paid by cash, check or charge in the studio Monday through Friday between the hours of 4:00pm and 6:00pm. Payments received more than 5 days after the due date will be charged a $25 late fee. Parents/students will be provided an invoice each month in advance of the due date.
Private lessons may only be rescheduled with a one-week advance notification. Otherwise, missed or forgotten private lessons will not be made up. Private lessons missed due to student illness can be made up. Private lessons missed due to Columbia Classical Ballet performances will be made up. There is a no refund policy for private lessons.

Students should arrive 10-15 minutes before class to stretch and prepare. Parents are asked to take into consideration class schedules/private lessons when making appointments and planning vacations in order to minimize absences. Please notify the PCD Executive Assistant by email or text about any upcoming absences.
